In this integral reform carried out in the street Reina Elionor numerous works were done. As in most of our works, the electricity and plumbing facilities that were hidden in Pladur’s new false ceiling were renovated. Also, used the false ceiling to install led lights and eyes of ox to get an optimal illumination of the floor.
The whole bathroom was renewed, from the tiling to the pavement through all the toilets. A shower tray was placed practically at ground level and with a modern glass shower screen. A different tiling was chosen in the shower area to separate spaces.
As for the kitchen, it also completely reformed. The furniture was chosen following the style of Italian kitchens and was supplied by BC3. The furniture is of the Max White series and a modern gray Silestone was chosen. Appliances that customers deemed necessary were also supplied and a microwave-oven cooktop was made. The tiles of the kitchen were chosen in Ferrolan as well as the floor tiles. The rest of the floor of the apartment was renovated with stoneware that imitates parquet. In addition, new doors were placed and the entire floor was painted.
Our architect advised the clients and carried out the coordination and monitoring of the work.
