In this reform, carried out in Badalona (Barcelona), we had to demolish some partitions, as well as build some new ones to get the distribution desired by the customers. In this case the walls were torn between the dining room and the bedroom and between the bathroom and the new bedroom.
It was also necessary the renovation of the electrical and plumbing. The ducts were hidden in the false ceiling that was created. This false ceiling also served to house number of led light points. The floor was painted completely with white paint. Before applying the coat of paint the walls were cleaned, sanded and masonized.
The bathroom was completely renovated: facilities, tiling and bathroom furniture. The kitchen was also completely reformed. The wood-colored kitchen furniture and the domestic granite countertop, as well as the appliances that customers ordered were supplied by BC3.
The floor and wall cladding materials were chosen in Ferrolan. We also work with other houses (Leroy Merlin, Bauhaus, Ikea, Plataforma, BricoDepot …) with very good value for money where our clients choose some materials.
The floor had a room at different height and a beautiful wooden staircase was created to be able to access this room.
As for the carpentry, the interior doors and 3 of the windows were changed. White aluminum sliding windows were chosen.
